times. Tennessee Appraisal Group currently has three
appraisers on staff and is owned and operated by Richard
Pangelinan.
Richard Pangelinan has been doing appraisals for over 12
years and is a State Certified Residential Appraiser and FHA
licensed. Richard and his family live in Knox County.
Stephen (Steve) Miles began his appraisal career in 2008 and
is a state registered trainee. Originally from Canada, Steve
moved to Tennessee and lives in Knox County.
Al Napier spent years as a realtor in Connecticut before
relocating to Tennessee and beginning his career as an
appraiser. He and his wife in Knox County.
